Casa Mexicana Tapachula es un hotel con gran personalidad, en donde se cuida todos los detalles, en cualquier espacio del lugar se puede observar el gran cariño que se tiene por lo mexicano con un exquisito gusto. Es el hotel más bonito de toda Tapachula sin duda, todo el personal es atento y tienen una excelente actitud, servicio, y sobretodo capacitación. No me queda más que felicitar a sus dueños y fomentarles abrir más hoteles como esta joya en mas ciudades de México. Muchas felicidades y gracias por todas sus atenciones.

El mejor hotel por mucho. Una atencion extraordinaria, los alimentos de primera clase, el dueño tiene una gran atención y cuidado por todos sus huéspedes, cuidan cada detalle cada rincón está decorado de manera único y con gran cariño. Tienen un jardín central que llena de vida al hotel, las habitaciones están muy bonitas decoradas, limpias y de buen tamaño , quizás tiene un poco de ruido de la calle pero nada grave. Considero que es el mejor hotel en toda Tapachula lo recomiendo ampliamente y sin duda en mi próximo viaje regresare porque es un hotel con gran personalidad y encanto
todas las habitaciones son únicas y decoradas con gran detalle. yo revise dos o tres y al final no sabía cuál era la más bonita. Encantador."

Me recomendaron este maravilloso hotel en Tapachula Chiapas y fue encantador estar hospedado ahi, la decoracion unica en su tipo, se puede sentir la gran calidez de sus empleados todos estan pendientes y con ganas de ayudar excelente actitud de servicio,las habitaciones muy comodas, con buen gusto en la decoracion se puede descansar tranquilamente, los desayunos de su restaurant son deliciosos, se pueden disfrutar en un jardin lleno de palmeras y plantas de la region.
Les recomiendo ampliamente este hotel les va a encantar todo!!!

Visité Tapachula por un concurso a nivel regional, nos hospedamos 23 personas durante una semana, la cual disfrutamos mucho y en lo personal fue una estancia muy cómoda, interesante. Cerca se encuentran varios restaurantes, farmacias, el parque, bancos, el museo, un mercado, esta en el centro de la ciudad y como su nombre lo dice es una casa mexicana con un patio interior lindísimo, lleno de plantas rebosantes de vida, las flores por doquier, la alberca pequeña pero excelente para relajarse, disfrutar del lugar y meditar. En sus instalaciones presentan muebles o detalles en madera que elevan la elegancia además de exponer una gran colección de artesanías, mascaras, figuras, esculturas, cuadros.....en fin, es muy grato recorrer los pasillos y percibir la calidez de las personas que laboran ahí, que te apoyen con inconvenientes, estén pendientes de la comodidad del huésped. En general, es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, sea cual sea la ocasión, el lugar por si mismo cautiva y el servicio deja buen sabor de boca.

This little boutique hotel is a wonderful find. It's in the middle of Centro Colonial de Tapachula which means the area is fairly urban, but the moment you walk into the hotel you feel you've been transported to a different time an place. The building, which is more than 100 years old, has been fully renovated and every room is dedicated to a woman from Mexican history. I stayed in the Comandanta Ramona room on the first floor. There is attention to detail in every part of the hotel. I do a very thorough check of any hotel room when I arrive (especially the bed seams, etc), and this place was spotless! The room's air conditioning worked efficiently and was a welcome break from the heat and humidity of Tapachula. The cable TV and Internet worked great too. The pool is small - I'd hoped to swim but it really is just a soaking pool - but it's nonetheless very pretty. Breakfast was tasty and free - the huevos platter was expecially good. The hotel is a few blocks from a central park and some of the attractions of the area. There's also shopping there, primarily catering to area residents rather than tourists; you find electronics, discount shooes, and fabric stores rather than handicrafts. I felt very safe walking around during the day. The staff at the hotel is consistently very helpful and kind. I definitely hope to return!

Casa Mexicana is a special experience. The service is excellent - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The restaurant is managed by a very skilled chef and we ate beautiful food - breakfasts and dinners. Our rooms were very comfortable. A specialty for me were the wonderful Mexican artifacts that were on show in glass cupboards in the public areas of the hotel. This is where I did my serious shopping. What I loved about these things is that they weren't the normal touristy things. I came away with 3 wonderful pieces of art which look stunning in my house in Melbourne. I'm still drooling over the small tin artworks I had to pass on.
Finally Manuel who owns this hotel is such a nice man - very hospitable and generous with his time.

I have just returned from Tapachula and my stay at Casa Mexicana was outstanding, and I recommend it to all traveling for a period of time to Tapachula. I was there for 4 nights and service was outstanding and while I chose to experience the "street foods" being a chef and wanting to have a taste of local food, I did have a delightful food experience at the hotel as well.

When I return to Tapachula my first place to stay is Casa Mexicana for certain a real treat!!

One of the most unique places you will ever stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This is an old house that the owners converted into a hotel in about 2005 or 2006. Only 10 rooms, with a location only 3 blocks from the center of town, so it's easy to walk around Tapachula from here and see the museum or get souvenirs or street food. I strongly recommend getting breakfast here at the hotel, as the 3 different ones I had were each excellent. The rooms are small, but have tons of character, each one with a different theme based on a famous Mexican woman. Free internet, and there is a small bar and pool inside as well. On top of all this, it is quite inexpensive.

A lovely oasis with great character. I had been travelling solo through Guatemala, Belize and return to Mexico and this place would be the best that I stayed in. Really comfy quite rooms with a beautiful garden courtyard, good restaurant and excellent, helpful staff. If I return to Tapachula THIS is definitely where I would stay. Highly recommended!

An oasis of calm and beauty in Tapachula. The owner and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and helped enormously when we had questions and requests. The collection of Mexican folk art is museum-quality and the beautiful plantings make you forget you are in the middle of a busy city. The comfort level is high due to excellent bedding, absorbent towels and soothing color schemes. The day we left an excellent chef began working there and we are looking forward to returning and sampling his dinners.
